Sol 767 Outcrop

         Mars Exploration Rover Spirit acquired this mosaic on Sol 767 (Feb. 28, 2006) as it made its way around the North side of Home Plate, in the Columbia Hills. This view spans about 80°. Pancam's 753nm, 535nm, and 432nm filters were used to create this image. Two versions are provided at full resolution: an approximate true color rendering, and a false color rendering to enhance the subtle color differences in the scene.
